Silver Star's medical and concierge transportation services can help you get from door to door. Our kind and professional drivers will help you from your home, into the vehicle, and then into your appointment. In most cases, our drivers will then wait until your appointment is over to drive you home and help you back into your house. For convenience, you can schedule your next trip directly with the driver. Our non-emergency transportation services can be used for rides to:

Our services are readily available and, if needed, we can accommodate same-week appointments. Please contact us at least 24-48 hours, so we can ensure timely pickup and on-time arrival to your appointment. Our services are available Monday through Saturday with the first pickup of the day at 7 am and the last pickup of the day at 5 pm. Silver Star will always call to confirm your appointment and pickup times.

All services are charged per transport for infrequent or one-time travelers. We accept payments via credit card, either before or after your trip. We will invoice you monthly for recurring services*. Silver Star drivers are friendly and personable providing a great experience, but gratuity is not expected.

Each of our vehicles are handicap and wheelchair accessible in addition to ADA compliant to ensure safe and reliable service for anyone with medical needs or disabilities and seniors. All of our drivers are certified in caregiver training and our vehicles are equipped with a first aid kit. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or a group of up to 4, we will ensure your safety and on-time arrival to your appointments.
